Anamaria Marina is an Romanian actress. She was awarded the British Academy Television Award Best Actress award for her role in the Channel 4 film Sex Traffic. French, German English and Romanian are fluent languages. Her mother played the violin The father of her is a professor of theater at one of the best Romanian drama schools. Also, she appeared as an infant in Francis Ford Coppola's Youth Without Youth. In 2008, she played Yasim Anwar on the BBC 5-episode mini-series The Last Enemy. Marinca was a part of Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven as also in the Romanian drama Boogie. She appeared as Irma in Fury 2014, in which she portrayed a German known aunt for Emma.
